Can anyone with the game Quelf help me out?

Here is the game that I am talking about. I was sifting through random Goodwill items yesterday, since everything was 50% off, and I came across this board game for $4 (so essentially I got it for $2!). I glanced at the back cover to get a feel for what the game is about, and it seemed interesting, so I thought I'd buy it, since my family loves bizarre/crazy board games.

I glanced inside to make sure it wasn't missing a ton of pieces, and it looked like everything was there; even the cards were all sealed!

However, upon further inspection, I found out I was missing the rules. I get the gist of the game from online reviews, but I think I need the entire set of rules to fully understand the game. I was hoping someone who owns the game would be willing to scan an image of the rules/type out the rules for me to print out and use, so I can play this game with my friends and family!

I am also missing the character pieces, but that isn't as important to me as the rules. But if anyone could also scan the images of the character pieces (if you can... I'm not sure if it infringes on copyright or whatever... I'm not exactly knowledgeable on those kinds of subjects), I'd appreciate that too!
